Never Expect
I believe that expectations are one of our greatest downfalls.
Moving into 2011 this is a lesson I know I will take with me and share with everyone who'll listen.
Almost every time we expect our hopes are dashed. Expectations either lead to disappointment or pushing ourselves too hard.
Our whole lives we expect ourselves to set and achieve goals with results just as we expected.
Different results are percieved as failures.
But what if we take a look at those diferent results from the other side? The Heyoekah perspective, from upsidedown, insideout?
If we could look back from the future at them would we see something wonderful?
The problem with goals is that they feel set in stone.
Perhaps we need to loosen up a little and set our goals in something softer, something adaptable, something which can cast light on the unexpected...
Play with this thought, sometimes the unexpected is unimaginably beautiful
