Playing, relieves stress, helps you sleep, increases your creativity, releases your potential, connects you to yourself and other people and most importantly it's a really fun way to do it.

I've developed a very specific form of play based on what I learned in my years as a Play Therapist that REWIRES your brain so that your sense of joy is increased creating massive transformation.

If you find that you can't sleep, can't achieve what you set out to do in spite of good plans with sensible deadlines, that you sabotage yourself or are comfort eating, drinking too much or vegging out in front of the TV it is very likely that you are not giving your right brain enough time out to play or express bottled up emotions.
Playing can rewire your brain in ways that are more useful for you.
