Why is Playing so good for us?
When we can just do what we feel like and don't have to do anything that feels good too.
When we feel good chemicals are released in our brains that are good for us.
But when we play in ways that allow our right brain to become more active we're using more of our potential.
We're making ourselves brighter, accessing more of our real self, our whole self.
When we frequently play in ways that integrate our right and left brain we increase our ability.
When we allow our right brain a chance of being in charge it stops hassling us and being a nuisance and starts co-operating, increasing our creativity, helping us sleep better, making us feel happier, more satisfied, more curious and generally, by reducing our stress levels it helps us to be more productive as well as nicer to be around.
Join us for a workshop or even a programme for long term changes.
At the very least it will be fun or it could be totally life transforming
