This is a one-day, tactical workshop designed for creative entrepreneurs to carve out time to work ON their business instead of IN their business. Mica May, a lover of all things business and planning, designed this retreat to share all her secrets for efficient planning and business basics with a little touch of whimsy and fun mixed in.

Attendees will arrive equipped with all of their 2023 YTD business data (financials, org charts, marketing stats, etc.) to build roadmaps and tactical to dos to close out the year and begin planning for 2024. You will leave with community of like-minded business owners, all fighting for that magical space where momentum meets margin.
